I love eating at Core Life! It’s so nutritious and customizable. GYMGUYZ Northwest Columbus will teach a 45-minute class combining a full body strength circuit with restorative yoga poses and relaxation. Come ready to sweat, and prepare to leave feeling empowered and strong! All attendees will receive 1/2 off their CoreLife Meal after class!

Join Nidia Zumba in the Wells Barn. This is a free first class that introduces you to an 8-week paid series in the following weeks. Registration is not necessary, just show up. No dance skills or dance background is needed to start in Zumba.

Join Loretta Zedella for a one-hour yoga class including movement to ease tight typing shoulders and sitting hips, and core work to support our low back and balance. Next, tap into your creative side to design a beautiful OM mandala cotton hand or kitchen towel using stencil provided. You can even choose to add embroidery to the towel’s edge. They’ll enjoy some hot beverages & light snacks, and possibly view some snow falling outside of our big windows. Fee: $35 (includes yoga, light refreshments and all painting supplies and towel)

Head to Wolf’s Ridge for two workouts, 30 minutes each, from two different studios. First you’ll get a HIIT IT workout from RISE Fitness Community. Expect 30 minutes of FUN, high energy, and unexpected body weight exercises. The second half of the workout will be a yoga flow from GoYoga. After the workout, grab brunch and a beer! Grab a friend and come BREATHE in this introspective practice and meditation jewelry making experience led by Yoga Instructor, Colleen Brooke Fortney. You will work to cultivate a sense of direction, clarity and trust in the new year. Each participant will receive a DIY BOHINDI Meditation Bracelet Kit and led step by step in the sacred art of making their very own meditation bracelet and how it can be used in daily practice while incorporating essential oils – followed by a mindful fluid and gentle vinyasa flow and guided through breath work and meditation.

Amanda from AR Snavley Fitness will guide you through a Bootcamp mix class designed for all skill levels in the Wells Barn. After the workout, grab a glass of wine and a cupcake to celebrate your hard work. $30, $25 for members. That’s the kind of balance I’m talking about! And no, it’s not good vs. bad. It’s two different kinds of good.

Free Yoga Day to celebrate yoga in our community and collect for a worthy cause. Free, 40-minute yoga classes (pre-registration recommended). Free 20-minute massages, Reiki sessions, and Yoga Physical Therapy Consultations (first come, first serve- in-studio signups only). Free Smoothie King, 20% off passes and appointments, and many vendors!!! For each free service/class you attend, please bring in a new toiletry item for the Dublin Food Pantry (soap, toothbrushes, etc.). Only pre-registered clients are guaranteed space in classes. All walk-ins will be welcomed as space is available. Limit 2 classes per student. Check their schedule; classes will be ongoing throughout the day!
