The Key to a Guilt-Free Thanksgiving Weekend | Plan your Workouts Now!

It’s the biggest meal of the year, and you deserve to enjoy it. Enough already with these “guilt-free” recipes that suck the joy out of your favorite foods. Do you know how to make any recipe guilt-free? Enjoy the eff out of them! Quit beating yourself up about pie. Pie is amazing! Here’s how.

Plan ahead. Look at Thanksgiving week now! I’m serious, pull up your calendar and book some fun workouts. Take an hour here and there to yourself; you’ll come back to your family with renewed patience and energy. Or go with your friends visiting from out of town, or your buddies who have the day off work and hang out. Make it a chance to catch up with your brothers and sisters in sweat!

AND SO I couldn’t resist the chance to throw a few options your way. It seems like most gyms take this weekend to throw together something cool you can do. There are also numerous Turkey Trots you can find, but there are whole running websites devoted to that for you.

Barre 3 Canned Food Drive

You’ve seen it on the blog! Studio Spotlight: Barre 3 Powell Bring in three cans of food between Thursday, Nov. 16, and Thursday, Nov. 23, and receive a FREE class. Black Friday Sale at the JCC

This is the one big sale of the year at the JCC, which has a fantastic fitness center, athletic facilities, indoor/outdoor pools, and more.
