Fitness classes at Columbus Commons are still going through the end of Septmeber!!! Remember that amazing yoga class I told you about? Yoga with Amanda at Columbus Commons FREE Fitness Program. It was a highlight of my summer and I’m determined to try more of them this session. United Healthcare sponsors a series of free fitness classes of all kinds in the downtown park in two sessions, and session 2 is starting up! There really is no catch. You must sign a waiver (available in the link) and you’ll be given a bracelet which you will wear to all events as evidence of this. Check their schedule for Commons cardio, yoga, kickboxing, bootcamp, hip hop, and Zumba. They use a fantastic sound system and it’s easy to see your instructor. In the rain, classes are held on the stage under cover, but sometimes there are weather cancellations. I recommend following them on social for updates.
