Once again, I am overwhelmed with the number of ways the Columbus fitness community kicks butt AND knows how to party. I’ll be honest: these lists take me a long time to assemble for you, because as soon as I think I have found all the awesomeness for you, I find more, and I want to make sure you have all the details you want. These all make the perfect get-together with your bestie or a creative date with your love. Or, brave it and go alone; you’ll end up meeting people with a lot in common! And of course, make sure to check Events Guide: Free Fitness in August as well. It’s like a 2-volume set.

Are you as obsessed with Fox in the Snow as I am? Damn good calorie-splurging material there. Maybe if you go take yoga from Balanced Yoga first, it will lessen the guilt and those cinnamon rolls will taste all the sweeter! As they put it, who else has had that daydream where you’re in savasana beneath summertime rays just steps away from Fox In The Snow and upon your awakening, you’ll be whisked inside for a cup of coffee + early access to the glorious pastries? We know it can’t be just us… $17 gets you yoga, coffee, and early admission, which if you don’t know, is actually valuable. The line there can be killer (a reflection of how delicious it is) and it can be hard to get a table. Score!
